Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible in preparing, review technical data & drawings for standard & non-standard products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team, which requires dealing all local complaints regards to After-sales services and warranty claims.
  • Communicate with customers regarding After-sale issues, get their feedback and advise solution accordingly.
  • Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources.
  • Oversees the maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
  • Implement and ensures year round Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.
  • Technical report writing to customer regarding After-sales issues as required.

  • Ensures that both the quality and the quantity of the jobs are in line with Service Level Agreements/KPIs.
  • Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Receives and complete work orders to include; records concerning time, labour and materials for each task.
  • Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements.

Reporting into the Planning and Production Supervisor, the role will form an integral part of a dedicated production cell team. Gathering and sharing appropriate information and ensuring targets are met and procedures are followed at all times. Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment is essential, supporting the Planning and Procurement team to ensure this function can continuously improve, add value to the organization and work alongside the different disciplines within the company to achieve results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain QMS documentation systems of manuals, procedures, work instructions, etc
  • QMS ISO 9001:2008 documentation handling.

  • Prepare periodic QMS reports & analysis
  • Conduct product inspections when required

  • Carry out In-process inspection in Unitary, AHU, Compressor Assy. Section, and Electrical Sections including Production of pipes, Assembly of Units, Leak Test and Vacuum operation. Verification of units produced as per customer & SKM specification requirement.
  • Carry out Final Inspection of Product Unitary, AHU, and Compressor Assy. Section.
  • Carry out receiving inspection for the incoming material.
  • Carry out supplier component Evaluation for the new components.
  • Dealing and assisting client representatives/Consultants/Contractors/Third party Agencies for FAT, witnessing, meeting, Technical discussions and final clearance of punch list points.
  • Arrange, coordinate, conduct and report results of testing activity for SKM products.
  • Suggest system improvement and amendments to existing procedure / Work Instructions / Process Instructions.
  • Record keeping of above-mentioned work.
